2. Live program will be on April 5, 7, 8, 12, 14, 15, 19, 21, 22 & 26 of 2022 from 7 pm to 9 pm

3. You can watch the program thru the browser or Mediflick mobile app.

4. The recorded videos will be available for 30 days from May 1st & can watch for 40 hours.

5. Duration of recorded videos will expire after 30 days or 40 hours of watching, whichever is early.

6. No extension of recorded videos is permitted.

7. Participation e-certificate will be emailed before June 10th, 2022.

10. The dates may be changed in case of any technical issues.

11. No refund of the registration fee is allowed.

12. As this meeting is on a virtual platform the success of transmission is totally dependent on the internet service of both the Organisers and the participants. While every attempt will be made to ensure a stable internet connection throughout the meeting, the conference organizers will not be held responsible for any interruption or termination of transmission due to internet connection issues. In this sense, there is also no guarantee that the results of using these services will meet the participant’s expectations. The organizers (IRIA Kerala) or service providers (Mediflick) or the faculty are not responsible for the problems beyond their control.

13. Registrations will continue even after starting the event.

14. No partial registration is possible.
15. No cancellation is allowed.
16. The program will start on time as far as possible.
17. In case of any dispute, jurisdiction is limited to Kochi only.

18. it may be adjusted/postponed/changed to another day in case of any inconvenience to the faculty or any technical issues.

19. Please enter your FULL NAME (as you wish to print on the certificate, MOBILE NUMBER & EMAIL ID in the registration form. If you don’t get a confirmation of payment by email (from Easebuzz), please check your spam folder. No separate confirmation email will be sent from organizers or the IT team.

20. Registration fee is Rs 1500/- till Feb 15, Rs 1750/- from Feb 16 to March 15, Rs 2000/- from March 16 to March 31. No registration is possible from April 1st.
